central location easy check-in quick access clear signage
The location is fantastic for exploring. it is a short walk to many attractions. the online check-in was smooth and easy. the provided door code made accessing the room very quick! signs were clear. I easily found my room.
The bathroom had a somewhat shaky feel to it. The floor did not feel entirely sturdy.

i appreciated the great location near the tram stop and train station. nearby shops and attractions were easily accessible by walking. extending my checkout was simple and reasonably priced. free instant coffee and tea were available along with effective blackout curtains.
the lack of natural light was a minor inconvenience as the windows faced an adjacent hotel.

the room included a kettle, a fridge, and a microwave. tea and coffee were also available in the room. the bed was comfortable and suited a central location. there was no reception, so i received an access code at 4pm.
the squeaking bathroom floor was slightly distracting.

convenient location easy access streamlined check-in helpful staff
The location proved convenient for accessing key city attractions I walked to multiple destinations with ease. The self-service aspect streamlined the check-in process significantly I appreciated not needing keys through PIN access. I was able to retrieve a forgotten item quickly after contacting customer service which was very helpful.
The window blinds in my room did not fully cover the window which allowed some light in the morning.

the location impressed me greatly. I was able to walk to many key attractions. The self check-in system was very simple. I received a code and entered both the hotel and my room with ease.
the bathroom felt rather compact. Water spread onto the floor after each shower. I noticed a slightly unsteady feel to the floor, which requires attention.
